Tuesday, 13 June 2021, we are proud to announce that Bachelor and Master Program in Urban and Regional Planning, Universitas Gadjah Mada, has been awarded an international accreditation from ASIIN (The Accreditation Agency for Study Programmes in Engineering, Informatics, Natural Sciences, and Mathematics). ASIIN is an international non-profit association (German-based) that promotes quality management education worldwide and awards accreditation to certain institutions based on its high-level science and professional practice requirements.
After a long preparation, We have secured a 5-years award valid until 30 September 2026 for both Bachelor and Master Program in Urban and Regional Planning, Universitas Gadjah Mada, for three specializations; neighbourhood planning, urban planning, and regional planning.
This ASIIN award has demonstrated that we provide:
- A high level of academic and professional life in Urban and Regional Planning disciplines.
- Professional teaching and successful learning.
- Recognized learning-outcome oriented and subject-specific standards aligned with the Level 7 of the European Qualifications Framework for Life-long Learning (EQF LLL) and the European Standards and Guidelines.
We would like to thank the Department of Architecture and Planning, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Gadjah Mada, all lecturers, students, alumnae, academic staff, and all partners for the contribution and support to obtain this outstanding result.
