Re-Registration Payment Tutorial

1. Payment via Bank Counter / Teller
   1. Students are required to present their Student ID Card (KTM) or provide their student identification number (6 digits).
2. Payment via Mandiri ATM
   1. Select the PAY/BILL menu.
   2. Choose the EDUCATION submenu.
   3. Enter the UGM service provider code: 10005.
   4. Enter 888 followed by the UGM Student Identification Number (6 digits).
      Example: For student number 123456, enter 888123456.
   5. Check the payment confirmation.
   6. If the name and payment amount are correct, select YES to proceed.
3. Payment via Mandiri Internet Banking
   1. Access the Bank Mandiri website at www.bankmandiri.co.id and log in using your User ID and password.
   2. From the main menu, select Pay, then choose Education.
   3. Select Universitas Gadjah Mada as the service provider.
   4. Enter 888 followed by the UGM Student Identification Number (6 digits).
      Example: For student number 123456, enter 888123456.
   5. Select CONTINUE to display the confirmation screen.
   6. Enter the PIN or Challenge Code.
   7. Select SUBMIT to complete the transaction.
4. Payment via BNI ATM
   1. From the main menu, select OTHER MENU.
   2. Choose PAYMENT.
   3. Select NEXT MENU.
   4. Choose UNIVERSITY.
   5. Select STUDENT PAYMENT CENTER (SPC).
   6. Enter the University Code followed by the billing number, consisting of the payment code followed by the 6-digit student identification number.
      University Code for Universitas Gadjah Mada: 8002.
      Example:
      Student ID: 123456
      Billing number entered: 8002888123456
   7. Confirm the data by selecting CONFIRM.
   8. If the information is correct, select YES PAY.
   9. Choose SAVINGS ACCOUNT to complete the payment.
5. Payment via BNI Internet Banking
   1. Log in to BNI personal internet banking at https://ibank.bni.co.id/.
   2. From the main menu, select Payment.
   3. Choose Education Fees.
   4. Select Payment under the Education Fees menu.
   5. Complete the required fields:
      1. University: Select Universitas Gadjah Mada from the dropdown list.
      2. Billing Number: Enter the payment code.
      3. From Payment List: Select an existing billing ID if available.
      4. From Account: Enter the savings account number.
      5. Key Button: Click the key button to generate a challenge number.
      6. Response Number: Enter the response number generated by the BNI e-Secure token.
   6. The billing number used for internet banking is the same as the payment code used for teller transactions.
   7. Enter the challenge number into the token.
   8. Input the response number into the application and select Continue.
   9. If the transaction is successful, a confirmation message stating “Payment transaction completed successfully” will be displayed.
6. Payment via BTN ATM
   1. From the main menu, select OTHER TRANSACTIONS.
   2. Choose PAYMENT.
   3. Select MULTIPAYMENT.
   4. Choose EDUCATION.
   5. Enter the institution code combined with the payment code: 0001999, then confirm.
   6. In the Student Number field, enter the payment code followed by the 6-digit student identification number.
      Example: 888123456 for student number 123456.
   7. Confirm the transaction.
   8. Once completed, the payment data will be automatically recorded in the Universitas Gadjah Mada database.
7. Payment via BRI ATM
   1. From the main menu, select OTHER TRANSACTIONS.
   2. Choose PAYMENT.
   3. Select EDUCATION.
   4. Enter the institution code combined with the payment code followed by the 6-digit student identification number.
      Example: 011888123456 for student number 123456.
   5. Confirm the transaction.
   6. A payment confirmation screen will appear displaying details such as name, study program, academic period, description, total amount, and semester tuition fee.
   7. If the information is correct, select YES to complete the payment.
8. Payment via CIMB Niaga ATM
   1. Select the PAYMENT menu.
   2. Choose EDUCATION.
   3. Enter the 3-digit UGM payment code 888 followed by the NIU, participant number, or billing number (9–15 digits).
      Example: 888123456.
   4. Select the source account.
   5. Verify the payment information and amount.
   6. Complete the payment process.
   7. Receive the transaction receipt.
9. Payment via BPD ATM
   1. Select the PAYMENT menu.
   2. Choose EDUCATION SERVICES.
   3. Select UNIVERSITY.
   4. Choose Universitas Gadjah Mada.
   5. Enter 888 followed by the student NIU.
      Example: 888123456.
   6. Proceed with the payment process.
   7. Wait until the transaction is completed and the payment receipt is displayed.
10. Payment via Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI)

A. Via BSI Mobile

1. Open the BSI Mobile application.
2. Select the Pay menu.
3. Choose the Academic category.
4. Select the source account.
5. Choose code 8001 – Universitas Gadjah Mada.
6. Enter the payment number in the format 888 + NIU.
7. The payment amount will be displayed.

B. Via BSI ATM

1. Insert the ATM card and enter the PIN.
2. Select Payment/Purchase.
3. Choose Academic.
4. Enter the university code in the format 888 + NIU.
5. The payment amount will be displayed.

C. Via BSI Net Banking

1. Log in to BSI Internet Banking.
2. Select the Payment menu.
3. Choose payment type Institution.
4. Select Academic – Universitas Gadjah Mada.
5. Enter the payment number in the format 888 + NIU.
6. The payment amount will be displayed.

Menu names, terms, and navigation paths listed above may differ from those displayed on ATM machines, mobile banking applications, or internet banking platforms. Such differences may occur due to system updates by the respective banks or variations in English translations. In case of discrepancies, students are advised to follow the latest instructions displayed on the banking system used at the time of payment.
